Coco Who Lived Alone Has Passed Away

Lee Joo Seung just said goodbye to his beloved dog, Coco.

On March 8, the actor broke the sad news on social media.

“Early this morning, 11-year-old Coco passed away and went to heaven.”

He thanked Coco for staying strong until the end.

“Coco, thank you so much for fighting through the pain until the end. Thanks to you, I was truly happy for ten years. I love you so much.”

Lee described Coco as both chic and sensitive, but affectionate.

“Coco was chic and sensitive but sometimes would cuddle up to me to sleep and show affection.”
– Lee Joo Seung

He believes Coco and Kkotbun, another dog known from MBC’s I Live Alone, have crossed the rainbow bridge together.

“Coco is the same age as Kkotbun, and I believe they have crossed the rainbow bridge and are playing happily together. Please remember them with a moment of tribute in your heart.”

Coco was familiar to I Live Alone viewers. Lee showed his care by hiking weekly with Coco to keep him healthy.

Actor Koo Sung Hwan also mourned Coco’s passing.

Koo lost his dog Kkotbun just last month in February. I Live Alone paid tribute with a short, emotional video at the end of a broadcast.

The deaths of Coco and Kkotbun have left fans of I Live Alone heartbroken.
