Danielle Faces Legal Battle with Former Agency ADOR Over Contract Dispute

Ex-NewJeans member Danielle is in the middle of a heated court battle with her former agency, ADOR. On June 11, KST, the second hearing took place for ADOR’s lawsuit against Danielle, demanding contractual penalties and damages.

ADOR’s legal team argued that Danielle is free to continue her entertainment career and that the lawsuit does not interfere with her work. They insisted that Danielle’s claim about the lawsuit hindering her career is invalid since ADOR is only seeking damages.

Danielle’s lawyers fired back, saying the lawsuit, which demands hundreds of billions of KRW, effectively blocks her from signing with any other agency. They accused ADOR of using the lawsuit as a tool to stall her career.
