BABYMONSTER‘s “CHOOM” debuted at No. 35 on the US Mediabase ‘Top 40 Radio Chart’ for the tracking week of July 19-25, 2026.

The placement marks BABYMONSTER’s first appearance on a mainstream U.S. radio chart.

The milestone arrived without any separate local promotion, and “CHOOM” is now receiving airplay at major stations including Los Angeles’ KIIS-FM, New York’s Z100 (WHTZ-FM), and Chicago’s WKSC-FM.

Mediabase’s ‘Top 40 Radio Chart’ compiles airplay data from major radio stations across the United States and Canada. That data also feeds into the ‘Radio Songs’ chart, a component of Billboard’s main ‘HOT 100’ chart, making it a key gauge of a song’s reach in the North American pop market.

The third mini album, ‘[CHOOM]‘, was released last May and centered dance in both its album name and title track as part of the group’s push to win over global listeners through music and performance.

The album topped iTunes charts in 19 regions as well as the worldwide album chart, and it sold over 750,000 copies within roughly a week of release.

After official promotions for the title track wrapped, BABYMONSTER kept promoting the project by steadily releasing content for the album’s B-sides. The group’s first US mainstream radio chart entry came 11 weeks after the album’s release.

BABYMONSTER will carry that momentum into their second world tour. Starting with their Seoul concerts, the tour covers 29 shows in 18 cities across 5 continents, including Japan, Asia, North America, Europe, and South America.

Their recent success on US mainstream radio increases anticipation for what they will present during the North American leg of the tour.
