Cha Eunwoo to Appear in IU’s Upcoming Music Video, Reuniting After Chaumet Campaign

IU, the K-Pop queen, is set to make her long-awaited return this May with a new album, her first in over a year since the release of The Winning in February 2024.

Enhancing this comeback’s excitement, Cha Eunwoo from ASTRO will make a special appearance in IU’s upcoming music video. The pair previously collaborated in February for a jewelry campaign for Chaumet, and fans can’t wait to see their chemistry in a musical context.

IU hasn’t been idle during her break from music; she recently captivated audiences in Netflix’s When Life Gives You Tangerines, where she played dual roles as Aesoon and Geummyeong. She is also set to star alongside Byeon Woo Seok in MBC’s 21st Century Lady, scheduled for 2026.

Meanwhile, Cha Eunwoo is keeping busy with filming for Netflix’s The Wonderfuls and preparing for ASTRO’s fourth solo concert this June in Incheon.
