Kim Ji Woong of ZEROBASEONE to miss some group schedules due to acting projects
Kim Ji Woong will miss some ZEROBASEONE group schedules as he balances acting commitments with his idol activities.
On July 28, Nest Management released an official statement saying the agency is working to coordinate his work as an actor and a member of ZEROBASEONE. They added that already confirmed acting projects have made it unavoidable for Kim Ji Woong to be absent from certain group events for a time.
The agency asked fans to understand that Kim Ji Woong’s participation in group activities may fluctuate, and warned that similar situations could happen again. Nest Management also said they will keep supporting him in both his acting and music careers.
Kim Ji Woong launched his acting career in 2021 with the web drama Sweet and Sour Guy. His filmography also includes Bite Me, Convenience Store Veteran, Bad Mom, and Waiting for Kyungdo.
He first gained attention in the music scene through Mnet’s audition program Boys Planet in 2023, where he finished in 8th place and debuted in the nine-member group ZEROBASEONE. After the project’s initial phase ended, he remained with the reformed five-member lineup and has actively promoted with the group.
