I have a question for Shining awards! Can you please explain so we can understand your voting process. Why the number of votes and percentage changes from higher number to lower? For example today is Sunday at 3:17pm Taehyung’s numbers were 48.95%, but at 4:53pm it showed 48.92% and at 10:39pm the number was 48.82%!!! How could that be??
The same thing happened on Friday and Saturday and last week! I have been taking screenshots every time I vote and happens every single day!

We’re happy to clarify your question. In our voting system, the total percentage value is always fixed at 100%. The system automatically adjusts the percentage values when additional votes are cast.
For example, if there are 2 nominees, A and B, each has the same number of votes:
A: 100 votes (50%)
B: 100 votes (50%)
Then, If someone votes for A, the new vote count will be:
A: 101 votes
B: 100 votes
Since the total number of votes has increased, the percentage values are adjusted without reducing B’s vote count:
A: 101 votes (50.25%)
B: 100 votes (49.75%)
This logic applies to any number of nominees in the system.
