NOWZ announces digital single ‘Achilles’ with teaser poster
NOWZ will release a new digital single titled ‘Achilles.’
On July 24 KST, Cube Entertainment announced that the five members — Hyunbin, Yoon, Yeonwoo, Jinhyuk, and Siyun — are coming back with the digital single ‘Achilles.’ The agency also dropped the group’s first concept teaser poster on NOWZ’s official social media channels.
The poster shows the single title alongside its release date. It features bold red “Achilles” lettering and a striking close-up of member Siyun, giving a dramatic first look at the comeback concept.
Before this announcement, NOWZ attracted attention with Z Film content where the members played salad ingredients — lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado, and chicken breast — in a comedic setup. The clip then shifted into flashy disco-inspired visuals, which drew buzz online.
Since rebranding last year, the group has explored several musical styles, including the rock-inspired “EVERGLOW,” the EDM-driven “HomeRUN,” the dramatic hip-hop track “AMMO (Feat. YRD Leo),” and leader Hyunbin’s self-composed song “Our Beginning.”
Fans are awaiting details on the sound and concept NOWZ will present with ‘Achilles.’
